Charlotte was born in St. George, Utah and grew up in both Utah and Idaho, graduating from Blackfoot High School. After attending Utah State University, Charlotte decided to pursue a degree in Paralegal Studies. Charlotte grew up in the home of an attorney and has been involved in the legal field for decades. Her original fascination came from watching her father practice law. Charlotte began her paralegal in her father’s practice while she attended school at Salt Lake Community College. While there she was on the President’s list for all three semesters she attended. She graduated from Salt Lake Community College in 2006 in
Paralegal Studies.

Charlotte has been a paralegal for 20 years working in both criminal and family law. For the last thirteen years her main focus has been family law and she has seen and helped clients with all different types of family law issues. Charlotte’s extensive knowledge of family law is an exceptional support to the attorneys she works with and her experience continues to benefit the clients she works with everyday at Quackenbush Legal.

Shauntel is a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with a specialization in family law. She brings a wealth of experience not only in legal research, document preparation, and client relations but also from her background in various forms of sales. Her sales expertise has honed her communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, making her adept at understanding client needs and effectively managing cases. This unique combination of legal acumen and sales experience allows Shauntel to approach her role with both precision and a client-focused perspective, ensuring every detail is handled with care and professionalism.

Outside of work, Shauntel enjoys immersing herself in good books, exploring the outdoors, and finding inspiration in nature. Whether hiking scenic trails, relaxing in a park with a novel, or planning her next outdoor adventure, Shauntel values moments that enrich her personal growth and creativity.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, Lexi serves as an integral part of our team, providing efficient and reliable administrative support. She excels in handling everything from scheduling and correspondence to document management and data entry. Known for a positive attitude and exceptional multitasking skills, Lexi ensures our office runs smoothly and helps create a productive work environment. Outside of work, Lexi enjoys baking, spending time with her family, crafting and exploring the outdoors.

With a friendly and professional demeanor, Alyssa ensures that each client feels welcomed and well-assisted. Whether scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, or managing daily operations, Alyssa plays a key role in supporting the seamless functioning of our office. With excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer service, Alyssa helps our clients feel confident and at ease throughout their legal journey. When Alyssa isn't assisting our team and clients, she enjoys camping, taking walks with her puppy, and spending time with her family and boyfriend.
