Craig F. Day is experienced in Disability Law, Intellectual Property, Contracts, Estate Planning, and Family law. Craig was born and raised in Massachusetts. He attended Westfield State University and majored in Elementary Education. After graduation, Craig worked as a paralegal for a family-owned firm specializing in Social Security Disability appeals. Craig’s work in disability inspired him to pursue a legal career. While helping people with disability claims, Craig also decided that he would never stray far from taking a service-first approach to legal representation. Craig attended law school at Western New England University. After graduation, Craig found his home in Utah. He considers himself fortunate to have litigated copyright claims and telemarketing violations early in his career. Craig has also enjoyed considerable work in transactional fields such as estate planning and contract law, however, he is glad to be part of the court-ready and experienced litigation team at Quackenbush Legal.
